Customer service for orders and invoices

Your orders and invoices are stored in your account. Go to My Account, then My Orders, to review your purchases and invoices.

Downloads and extension updates

Extensions are delivered digitally. Go to My Account, then My Downloadable Products, to download each extension. Every later version of the extension is available there too.

Managing your subscriptions

View and manage your support plans under My Account, then My Subscriptions. You can cancel at the end of the period you paid for, or cancel right away.

Refund policy

Downloads are generally not refundable once a license key or download has been issued. If an extension does not work in your store and we cannot fix it, contact us, and we will review a refund request.
