This extension license agreement explains how you may install, use and modify the Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce extensions sold by Tech Improvement Inc. Read it before you buy, download or install an extension, because using the software means you accept these terms. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

Extension License Agreement Terms

Who This Agreement Applies To

This agreement is a legal contract between you, the person or business that buys or uses our software, and Tech Improvement Inc., which operates under the brand Techimprovement. If you accept it for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Our Shopify apps and support subscriptions are covered by our Terms and Conditions instead.

License Grant and Production Use

After you pay the license fee in full, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the software on one production store at one Production Domain. The license is a one-time purchase with no recurring fee. Each additional production store or domain needs its own license.

License Keys and Domain Activation

Each License Key is bound to one Production Domain and can be activated once. The key works only on that domain and its Development Environments. To move the software to a new domain, such as after a rebrand or platform migration, contact us. Do not bypass, disable or alter the license check.

Development and Staging Use

You may install the software without extra licenses on staging or testing subdomains of your Production Domain and on local machines accessed through localhost or a private IP address. These installations are for development, testing and staging only. They must not be open to the public or serve real customers.

Delivery, Composer Access and Updates

• Download the software as a ZIP archive from your account, or install it from our private Composer repository.
• Keep Composer Access Keys confidential and share them only with your team.
• We log each Composer download and may revoke a key that appears leaked or misused.
• Your license includes free Updates for as long as we release them.

Modifications and Support

You may modify the source code for your own licensed store, but modified software remains subject to this agreement. Updates may overwrite direct file changes, so keep customizations in a separate module or theme where possible. To report a defect, email info@techimprovement.net with a description, the steps to reproduce it and your versions. Installation, configuration and customization are available through paid support subscriptions.
