Data Processing Consent: What You Agree To
By giving consent, you allow Tech Improvement Inc., of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19125, United States, to process your personal information as described on this page and in our Privacy Policy. Some processing does not depend on your consent, because we need it to perform our contract with you or to meet a legal obligation, such as issuing invoices. The Privacy Policy explains the legal basis we rely on for each use.
Information We Process
- Your name, email address, company name and billing details
- Your account details, including the name and email address shared by a social sign-in provider if you use one
- Your order history, license keys, licensed domains and Composer access keys
- Records of downloads from our Composer repository, including package, version, IP address and time
- Messages and files you send us, and any access details you provide for support work
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and cookie data

- To create and manage your account and let you sign in
- To take payments through Stripe and deliver licenses, downloads and Composer access
- To provide support subscriptions and answer your questions
- To protect our software from misuse and keep the website secure
- To send service messages and, if you opt in, news about our products
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who Receives Your Information
Tech Improvement Inc. handles your information, together with service providers that work for us, such as Stripe for card payments, our hosting and email providers, the social sign-in provider you choose and, for our Shopify apps, Shopify. We do not sell your personal information. Because we are based in the United States, your information may be processed there, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
How Long Your Consent Lasts
Your consent remains valid until you withdraw it. We keep your information only for the periods set out in the "How Long We Keep Information" section of the Privacy Policy.
Withdrawing Your Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by emailing info@techimprovement.net or, for marketing emails, by clicking the unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before, or processing we must continue for legal reasons or to perform a contract with you. If you withdraw consent that we need to run your account, we may no longer be able to provide it.
Your Rights
You can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it, delete it or export it, and you can object to certain uses of it. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California have additional rights, which are described in our Privacy Policy.
