How are Shopify apps billed?
Our apps are installed from the Shopify App Store, where each app lists its plans. Billing runs through your Shopify account, monthly or yearly, so the charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
How do I stop paying for a Shopify app?
Shopify app subscriptions are managed in Shopify. Cancel the plan or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to stop future charges, in line with Shopify's billing rules.
How do I get help with a Shopify app?
Write to us with the name of the app and your store's myshopify.com address.
