Are updates included?
Yes. Extension licenses include free updates for as long as we release them, including compatibility releases for new Magento 2.4.x versions.
Download new versions under My Account › My Downloadable Products or install them through Composer.
Do the extensions work with Hyvä and Luma?
All extensions ship with Luma templates and keep the standard Magento block, layout and JavaScript contracts, so third-party Luma themes work unchanged.
A Hyvä compatibility module is included where the extension has a storefront part.
Which Magento editions are supported?
Our extensions are built for Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including Adobe Commerce Cloud. The price depends on your edition, and each product page describes the product's compatibility.

How do I report a problem with an extension?
Contact us with your order number, your Magento version and edition, what happens and the steps to reproduce it. We make reasonable efforts to investigate and fix defects in unmodified extensions.
